Customer Terms for StoryPilot

License to Use

By using the StoryPilot plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application in accordance with these terms. This license is provided solely for your internal business purposes.

User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree to use StoryPilot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to misuse the application, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to the application or its related systems.

Data Privacy

• Data Processing: StoryPilot processes End-User Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to such processing.
• Data Protection: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect End-User Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Termination

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate your access to StoryPilot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

• No Indirect Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vgk Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of StoryPilot.
• Maximum Liability: In no event shall Vgk Systems Limited's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the use of StoryPilot exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing StoryPilot during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vgk Systems Limited is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of StoryPilot after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
